My harbor freight nail gun sorta recently died. I use a pin nailer and stapler all the time. Granted I’ve only used this one since it arrived two days ago. The air connection was the first problem I encountered. I quickly overcame that one because I had more connections in my shop. It was super difficult for me to get the original one off. I did eventually meet with SUCCESS. Finally, all the pin nails that arrived with it were broken into so many small pieces. I attempted to insert several of these being very mindful of keeping them aligned correctly before closing but it wouldn’t close and all the pin nails bunched up. So, I removed most of them and holding them in place as I was closing it. That worked, it worked, maybe not as well as my harbor break used to but it’s broken now. Let’s see how long this one lasts. If it makes it as long as the other, I’ll definitely be satisfied. I am satisfied now but will definitely be upgrading in the future. It looks like my need to use one of these has become pretty darn constant.An HONEST REVIEW is what I wanted to offer being the other reviewers (I read) has not used theirs based on the fact they don’t mention having to change the air connection. If you’re looking for one for the occasional use, this one is great. I’ll update if something happens to change my mind.

I got this nail gun for a home project that’s since been delayed, so I haven’t been able to give it a full shakedown, but I’m still giving this a 5 star rating for a few reasons.First, this is a solidly made nail gun, all metal construction that still has a good grip in my hand.Second, it comes with brads so you can get started right away, which is always welcomed.And, third, it comes with a fairly nice case, so if you’re like me and don’t have a giant tool box you have a nice place to keep this. So much better than just randomly on some shelf some place.The only thing you really need to be aware of is that this is pneumatic. If you’re looking for an electric/battery operated nail gun this one isn’t for you. What I like about this being pneumatic is that I don’t have to worry about a dead batter when I really need to use this. The downside is that it’s less portable, of course, and you have to have the air pump equipment to use it. Still, I think the trade off is worth it.Can’t wait for that house project to really put this through its paces.
