I got this over a year and I use it constantly to sell chicks, I do 120 eggs at a time, chicken, Turkey, and duck, No problems at all. My suggestion is to manufacture and make the heat fans deliver the heat more evenly for all levels, I have noticed the bottom lv will hatch 2 to 3 days later. so I started to rotate the eggs every 5 days, bottom to top lv, top lv to mid, lv. and I now have even hatching. I candle the eggs with a flashlight, the light provided should be white LED, which works way better than the bulb light provided.

I now have 3 of these and the hatch rate is great.

I've had this incubator for over a year now and probably hatched 100s of chicks, ducklings, quail, and goslings. This has been amazing and easy to use, though I haven't had to use more than one tier as of yet. (I'm nervous about using all 3 as I'm worried it would affect my hatch rate) It's amazing and all of my babies have hatched very well.

I've had several incubators and non has been this inconsistent. It is quite cheaply made... I looked at it upon assembling and thought this won't last long, it hasn't even made it one hatching yet! The foam only covers the bottom I'm sure sure what good this does??? It does not hold temperature, I'm 3 days in on my eggs and cannot keep consistent temp nor humidity levels. Now I have 100 eggs that I've had shipped to me and this thing doesn't do the job it's supposed to do. I am so disappointed and frustrated beyond belief. I'm not a novice at hatching so it's not due to lack of experience. Whoever is over this company that makes these incubators I hope you get this and do reevaluate this terrible setup I spent 170 on this and a fortune on eggs.

The product itself appears to be of good quality. The directions on the other hand were horrible!! Pictures were hard to see and it gives you directions for about every unit they had EXCEPT the one I purchased. For example, I purchased the 170 egg incubator. The closest direction it had was for 120 eggs. Still not 💯 sure on how to program it but I will play with it and hopefully figure it out. Again, the product itself is of good quality. Just wish I had a better idea of how to use it.
