Item could not support weight of an 8 inch cake. It would not rotate after being charged and item placed on it.

The plug insert is a wee bit off but will fit with some jiggling. Too much of a hassle to return it. I’d buy it with a remote if I ever bought again.

Ok - changing my review after tinkering with this turntable a bit. The instructions state it only goes 180 degrees, while the turntable title said 360 degrees. When first turning it on, and trying the buttons as per the "manual" it was not spinning all the way around, which was a bit frustrating when that was the whole purpose of ordering this model.After playing with the buttons, there is a combination that lets it go all the way in a circle. Why the manual doesn't tell you how to do this is anyone's guess (minus 1 star) but if you don't mind pressing enough buttons you will finally get this to do what you need.Update the instructions to explain how to get it to spin 360 degrees, and not just talk about 45, 90 and 180 degrees and I would add the fifth star.
