I had high hopes for these. They are well built. The slots on top are not as good as the hex for driving though. I think they would be great for concrete that is less hard. I think I was trying them on ultra hard years long cured concrete foundation. I don't think most drill bits would do much on this concrete. I can't say how well they would work for softer concrete but the drill ends didn't get destroyed despite a lot of pressure. The thread design is great. Pretty color but will stand out against whatever you are screwing down. I decided not to use them on mounting an exterior faucet because of this. That's just me though.

I installed some shelving brackets in our basement and used these concrete anchors to attach them to the wall and they worked great for my needs. The masonry drill bit was sharp and drilled into the concrete without any issues making the hole deep enough. I didn't have any of the anchors, break off, strip out or crack the concrete immediately next to the anchors. I cannot wait to figure out what else I want to hang on the basement walls and use more of these as they went in easy.

I really like this box of fasteners to anchor anything into concrete. The 1/4 inch screws are thick for securing most objects and the threads hold tight into masonry. I prefer the hex head because I find them easier to screw without stripping. The drill bit that comes with this set is average quality and will last about 10 holes before it gets dull. I recommend buying a package of extra drill bits. These screws come in a nice plastic container with a snap lid. The quality is equal to Tapcon brand.

These 1/4" concrete screws are nice. They hold things I need to attach to our concrete paver block patio. The drill bit is nice so you don't have to guess at what size to grab. Hex head screws are nice for this application.

I am impressed with these screws for concrete. I preferred my own masonry bit however. I installed planter boxes on a masonry brick wall and needed to stabilize the boxes with corner braces. These screws worked well. Slow going, but did get the job done.
