I purchased these as part of a gift which included a variety of absinthe. The spoons are delicate and well decorated. The work very well with a variety of glassware and are easy to clean even with the decoration and use with sugar and absinthe. The person I purchased these for also made a common mistake of burning the sugar cube on the spoon after dripping the absinthe over top. Neither did this damage, discolor or in any other way have a negative effect on the spoons.
