These are fantastic. Would recommend to any sourdough bread bakers. Mixed dough well, and cleans thoroughly in the dishwasher.

I have never had a kitchen tool I liked more than this one. These were two more of this whisk I bought for my son and daughter who also are bakers and kept looking at MINE with nefarious ideas. I've nearly stopped using my Kitchen Aid for baking since I got the first one as a gift. I mix cookie dough, breads, tortilla's, batter's, eggs, mashed potatoes, pie fillings, anything that needs mixed well, with this. It cleans up like a breeze.I've had zero problem with them weakening at the joint where the head and handle come together. These are strong as can be.

I was concerned that they might be flimsy, they are not. These whisks are perfect for mixing batters and wet doughs.

Ich habe vorher meinen schweren Sauerteig mit einem Schneebesen gerührt. Das ist anstrengender und ich hatte immer Angst, das der Schneebesen kaputt geht. Dieser Teigbesen ist sehrstabil und der Teig ist erstaunlich schnell vermischt. Ich bin begeistert.Was mir nicht gefällt: Es gibt einen Plastikknubbel zwischen dem Griff und dem eigentlichen Besen. Sieht aus wie Heißkleber. Ich hoffe, das er lebensmittelecht ist, aber ich versuche immer, das der Teig nicht mit dem Knubbel in Berührung kommt. Aber da der Teigbesen so eine wirklliche Arbeitserleichterung ist, benutze ich ihn gerne.

After using the wood/stainless whisks that I had to glue with wood glue as they can’t stand up to a “shaggy” bread dough, this single material all stainless dough whisk is fantastic. Still wish the handle would be a bit longer, but it’s a really great item. Amazing for muffins, cakes, meatloaves etc as well.

asi en general se ve como sin chiste, pero es una maravilla al momento de usarlo, integra los ingredientes màs ràpido que cualquier otro utensilio de cocina
