After 27 years, I’m working in public safety and retiring. This is kind of nice to have besides my fire extinguishers. I have one for my grill. I have one for the kitchen, and I have a huge one that I keep in the trunk of my car. Or in my room. May need to purchase a few more. Yes, I would buy again

I bought this to put in our bedrooms in case of a fire where we needed to escape the house. DO NOT WRAP YOURSELF UP IN ONE OF THESE! They are SUPER painful, fiberglass everywhere, hard to remove, itchy pain for hours all over, fibers fall on the floor, get on your feet and in your hair. I'd rather die in a fire than wrap myself or my dog in one of these.**They are not explicit enough that the gloves they send with the blankets are to protect you **from the blanket,** not from a fire.

This one is big enough to actually provide personal protection should you need to escape a fire. Keeping in bedroom, hope to never have to use it. It is really large. Note the gloves are NOT fire proof, but do add some protection (from the fibers in the blanket) as well as making it easier to grip when used. I would buy again, will probably get one for each bedroom in the house and a smaller one for the kitchen fires.

I bought 5 and use them to cover a large wood table and it's four chairs in my backyard. We live in a fire prone area and this gives me piece of mind.

So happy to have Fire Blankets on all the floors in our home, and the cars. Arrived quickly, minimal packaging, maximum little touches - a note, the gloves, follow-up customer services. Very impressed and happy.
