Worked perfect for what I needed. The original brackets supplied with a piece of furniture were too short for placement. These fit perfectly and they seem very sturdy.

During installation, it was discovered that the two brackets have different empty spaces, which is completely different from what is shown in the pictureI attempted to screw the metal brackets into wall studs and a wooden book case. The screws broke off in the book case - twice before I switched to my own screwsWhen the screw comes apart, the head falls off and the body of the screw is in the spot that you need to use,If you plan to use it to protect children, it is not recommended

I have placed these anchors on everything from shelving units to dressers. I placed them in areas that were unobtrusive, and that I could easily fill in. I like that the holes are all countersunk. No rough screwheads and no burs. They hold remarkably well, even though I'm not about to test them. I have pushed on tugged on some of the units and there is no give to the anchor. Awesome.

I didn't need furniture anchors. I just needed to reinforce some floating shelves so L brackets is just what the doctor ordered. As such they've worked out nicely. The metal is thick enough that you'd need tools to bend them. The screw holes are countersunk so screws driven in sit flush. I can't think of anything to complain about.
