I liked this but very difficult to change to arm to hang from the opposite side, screws very tight.

I would say that this is a nice alternative to having paper towels sitting in the kitchen counter. It keeps it up and out of the way and out of reach of my little ones. In terms of how much it holds, we buy the Costco rolls and they fit well. It was fairly easy to install, I would be careful if screwing into the bottom of regular builder grade cabinets because they are not super thick on the bottom and the screws can poke through to the interior so you may want to get shorter ones. Overall it is nice and would recommend, I would say it is more industrial looking, like it was meant to be used in a business or restaurant, but works all the same.

Space comes at a premium in my kitchen/prep area. Often times if there's more than one of us in the kitchen prepping, the paper towels are getting moved around to the dining room, and hunting it down becomes a game of Where's Waldo. This is absolutely the fix we have been needing for years. Setting it up was a breeze. For us, the rotating arm was best adjusted to face the other way than the way it was shipped. Simple fix, remove opposite plug-plate, single unscrew, flip the arm around, rescrew and install plug-plate. Luckily if it's too complicated, the instructions are nice and clear. But it's really a breeze.Once installed, it looks great! The entire unit looks like it was made specifically for my cabinets as the whole thing sits flush and virtually disappears. The arm is great at keeping the roll in place when your hands are occupied and only have one hand available. It works perfectly!Now I'm just mad at myself for not grabbing one years ago! The aesthetics and the functionality make this an absolute steal at the current price of under 30.Absolutely fabulous product!

I was looking for a paper towel holder that allowed me to dispense and tear off a sheet at a time with one hand, and without unraveling half the roll. Well........... this one unfortunately did not meet my requirements . The tension strength on the tension arm is just not strong enough to hold the roll tight, when I grabbed a sheet and pulled, the roll unravels a bunch of sheets. I use the rolls that have the half-sheets, and it really dispensed too many. I had to wind them back on the roll and use two hands to tear a sheet off the roll. The positive, it seems to be made with quality materials and nicely finished. It just does not work as advertised.
