Great size for melting butter, sauces, etc or just cooking for one. Heavy so great for gentle heating.

Me encantó el producto, lo único que me desagrada es que se calienta la agarradera de la tapa y puede llegar a quemar si no se usa un trapo .

Compre la de 2.8 litros o 3 cuartos, de hecho trae una etiqueta de papel que dice tres cuartos. pero con trabajos le caben dos litros a ras.El material es grueso mas que lo normal. Pero tengo unas ollas de acero quirurgico y esta olla si se ven delgadas las paredes al compararlas. Se pago poco y eso no me importa mucho. pero lo de la capacidad si. En la caja viene una advertencia no la ponga a calentar sin liquidos porque se mancha. Si es de acero no se deberia manchar, las otras ollas las caliento y hasta que estan bine calientes las uso. El tiempo lo dira todo.

I've purchased several saucepan from Amazon but this one is, by far, my favorite! The quality is superior! I always prefer to cook with stainless steel because I don't like all of tbe hazards associated with non-stick cookware! This saucepan heats and cooks evenly and cleansing very well. I never put it in the dishwasher because the wear and tear shortens the longevity of the pot. It also dulls the finish over time because of the harshness of the dishwasher.Another feature of this saucepan that I love is the see-through cover. I only select pots with this feature because I can see if the water or whatever I'm cooking, is boiling or near boiling without having to remove the cover. I mistakenly bought a saucepan without this feature and immediately returned it because I would constantly have to lift the cover to see how close it was to simmering or boiling. This became too high maintenance so I'm very happy with this one instead.Lastly, the weight of the saucepan is perfect. It's heavier than some of my others but this is a plus. My lighter weight pots and fry pans are too light weight and flimsy resulting in uneven heating. This one thatI recently purchased is weighty enough but not too heavy to sit evenly on the burner which is key! I certainly would buy this particular saucepan again!
