Kept my insulin nice and chill on a 9 hr flight to Italy. Actual time between getting to the Airport to getting to the hotel in Italy approximately 16 hrs. Insulin was still cold.

Very good diabetes travel pack. Was stuck on a broke down train for 6 hours and insulin still was cold.

The item seems to work and that’s why it got 3 stars. Based on actual vs advertised features it would only have rated 1 star. The insert where the insulin goes is #1 loose (not connected to the cooler; and #2 is very small. The one they show in the sellers video is much larger, and has straps to hold it, which the version that ships readdoes NOT. Another reason why I downgraded my review is they advertise the cooling packs as 160 g, but the ones that ship are barely 150g the same as the much less expensive alternative cooler. That eliminates much of the reason to spend more. As they say, “Let the Buyer Beeate.” Having said all that, I did get about 30 hours before it reached room temperature using all 4 gel packs frozen solid.

I think it’s a fear of mine to have to leave in a hurry and worry about my insulin. This cooler has SO MANY COMPARTMENTS!Another fear of mine is putting the insulin directly on to the ice pack. I think this company figured it out. There are so many pockets and compartments that the insulin bottles don’t even have to touch the ice pack!Love it love it love it! I can’t wait to travel with it.
