Absolutely does not stay on ears. I tried every one in the pack and they fall off the second you move your head. Tried on 3 people and didn't work on anyone. Defective magnets maybe?

These earrings have great hold. The magnet is very strong. I do wish that they were brighter because they are dull looking, which takes away from the effect if it looking real. I didn't experience any sensitivity. I would recommend them.Removed a star for dullness
