I was excited to try these sheets out. They arrived and looked to be very high quality - highly polished metal surface and decent heft to each sheet. However, when we made our first batch of biscuits the pan warped severely, and it resulted in some biscuits being done, while other were still raw on the bottom.Bummer. I really wanted to like this.

They nest together well, easy to clean, and perfect size. I’m so obsessed with these pans and cook with them regularly. I’ve had them over two months now and only complaint is sometimes the heat makes them pop loudly but they aren’t deformed from heat. They hope so much and take up likely room due to nesting ability.

These were a perfect fit for my wife’s LARGE Blue Alpine freeze dryer, which she LOVES by the way - it’s been trouble free (unlike some of the other dryers) and relatively fast. We wanted an extra set of stainless sheets as she wants to pre-freeze some items while another batch is still running. Now off to find some lids. You can see from the picture (reflecting the inside of the freeze dryer) they are polished like a mirror. Nice touch. I would have ordered another set from blue alpine but didn’t realize they sold them too, but these really are an exact match - we did order the silicon mats form blue alpine though because the Kitchen-Aid mats ordered here didn’t fit (too large) so just a heads up on that.

These pans are gorgeous! They have a shiny mirrored finish! I could literally see myself perfectly in them, on both sides! ❤️🥰Very durable stainless steel! Not too heavy! Fantastic size too! They fit perfectly in a coordinating rack I purchased separately! 😊

These pans are baking sheets without a nonstick coating. Thus you may need to use oil. What made me venture into buying these was grilling season. However, upon purchase I was using my old pans cooking some Pillsbury biscuits for hot ham and cheese. When I went to go scoop them off the pan the nonstick coating came off onto the biscuits. Just nasty PFOE, PFOA is a forever chemical that builds up in your body and doesn't break down. They also build up in the environment get into the water table and never break down. The less we buy nonstick the better it is for everyone. By the looks of these pans they will last me a lifetime! A little bit of butter, oil or lard and I have a nonstick pan no big deal! What is a big deal is why we even bother with cheap nonstick pans that don't last and cause health issues for everyone. There was a full documentary on this that showed a legal battle proving this all out. Finally the truth came out there were communities dying of odd cancers and having birth defects at a high rate turns out Chemical Plant was caught dumping stuff in the river and then the EPA got involved and how they handled it was they collected it billed them and dumped it off on a backroad somewhere in the woods. Turns out this chemical company also hid all of the testing data that showed all of the negative effects all of these papers were locked away but they still kept them. They got scientists they paid off to sign papers saying it was safe even though the data showed it was horrible.Somehow the FDA still allows this chemical to be on our serving dishes, our cooking pans, that wrapper you get your fast food wrapped in and so on.
