The napkins are functional and work well. The color matches my party’s theme perfectly. This set isn’t just labeled for birthdays. I can use it for many different events. The plates are great for cake and light foods. They are not super heavy-duty. They worked well for my party with pastries, but you might need other plates for something like a big steak. The set makes my life easy. I didn’t have to shop for each component separately, which saved me time. It is a great set for small parties and gatherings.
