I ordered these so we could have an egg hunt for my grandson - he's 3 and loves hunting for eggs in the yard every year. I normally buy a couple 12 packs of plastic eggs from the dollar store. They are around $1.25-$2.50 a pack. The dollar store eggs tend to break easily and usually at least a handful don't snap together properly. I was hoping that these would be a little better quality so I could reuse them for several years.They came packed in a box much smaller than I expected. Based on the ones I buy from the store, I didn't realize they could pack into such a small space. But they utilized every square inch of the box and the eggs are tightly packed in there. Very nice - I appreciate limiting packaging and waste! The eggs themselves don't appear to be any different than the ones I buy from the dollar store. Which is kind of disappointing, because I was really hoping for slightly better quality than what I can get 5 minutes up the road for a slightly cheaper price. The convenience of ordering a bunch of eggs at once and not having to go into the store might justify the extra cost for many people. But if you are expecting anything better than dollar store eggs, you will be disappointed.I do like the color assortment and the inclusion of golden eggs. And these will work great for our egg hunt this year.

A beautiful decor. I used jumbo eggs as a center piece sitting on fake colored grass. Then I used these little eggs to decorate around the large one. Quiet festive.

Easter eggs are very colorful and fun for the kids. My only real complaint is that they are a little online the small side, but they do work perfectly if you're just putting a little candy in them so that your kids can go and find the eggs and have a little fun with them.

These easter eggs fit 1 or 2 pieces of candy comfortably. The hinge worked fine on all but the gold ones. The gold ones for some reason cracked but the egg still closes without issue. The eggs are thin and slightly transparent.
