I have decorated cakes for years using the traditional frosting method. This tool makes it easy to make perfect flowers without needing a lot of skill. I highly recommend this!!

These cutters were nice and very easy to use. I just wish that they came with a veiner. I had to use a single leaf veiner for each and every petal of a whole 5-petal cut out, I had to work really fast in order to avoid gum paste from drying out or getting stiff. I don't remember seeing a 5-petal veiner when I needed it, but now there's one available. It cost $23 though, I don't think I would wanna spend extra for that veiner.

This is a great product for gumpaste or fondant, but a little short for cookie dough unless your cookies are pretty thin. They are very well made and look like the will hold up with frequent use. I used them for both gumpaste and cookies, but had to roll the cookies thinner that I usually do in order to use them. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase.
