It's definitely unique. It's very well made, and fits well on my Washburn AE20. The strings still sound crystal clear. It's obviously not as easy to use and your basic spring capo, so if you prefer the easy and quick ones, this is just a step under that. Extremely pleased, what a way to let your personality out through guitar accessories!

Play acoustic? Play electric? This capo will easily serve both and for the price it cannot be beat. At the time of writing this capo goes for 13.81 which may seem high at first (compared to lightweight cheap manufactured capos), but compared to other capos in the range of 40 dollars it can't be beat. The inner rubber is thick and doesn't move. The threads on the screw skull head are nice and smooth and easy to use even when clamping down. No lock feature, but it holds as needed with no issues. Clamp is also spring loaded. Comes in a sponge lined tin. Highly giftable.Capo is nicely weighted and feels really good in the hand.I play blues in the style of BB King, mixed with a hint of Stevie Ray Vaughan and Eric Clapton, and even with my style it looks really cool with a bone finger reaching over and capping my strings. No sharp edges, protruding flanges or any manufacturing defects or blemishes.
