4-16 gallon capacity. Lies. It barely fit over a 5 gallon filter. 4 stars for durability (stretching it over the end of the filter and not ripping). 1 star for failure from the seller to reply to my email. I can't return it as I had to open to bag, only to find out it didn't fit. But hey, you get a neat little fin brush to clean your filter when the bag doesn't cover it entirely. I don't normally give 1 star ratings, but customer service failure and incorrect product description will do it. Guess, I'll have to sacrifice half the bags and try and sew 2 together to make one long one.

This was just a tiny hair too small for my 16 gal Rigid which bummed me out. Worked great on my friends smaller shop vac. I'll have to look for a bigger size. READ THE SPECS! ;)

I have had a Harbor Freight brand (Chicago Electric, now called Central Machinery) Wet/Dry Vac for 12 years. It has been a great value, but the original filter was getting thin and about to rip. Now anyone who has used HF products knows that spare/replacement parts are virtually impossible to get. They just don't deal in replacement parts. I think their marketing strategy is just buy another one of whatever the product is! So I searched around for these replacement filters and found this 6-pack for a reasonable price. They fit perfectly on the 5 gallon HF Vac, and seem to be good quality.The Product description does indicate a "cleaning tool" is included, not sure what that would be, maybe a brush of some sort, but there is no cleaning tool included, just the 6 filters.If these last anywhere close to the original (which never struck me as high quality to begin with) this six-pack will probably be the last filters I will ever buy!
