Seems to work ok but some information on wiring would be helpful. No printed matter was included

Not very impressed. The printing in the dial is backwards or the internals are backwards. Somethibg is definitely off because when I set the dial to 120, the fan comes in immediately. When I put the dial to 0, the fan shuts off.It's a total guessing game to find where to set it, since the numbers in the dial are useless.Will not be ordering this again.
