I have cleaned windows professionally so I'm aware of what it takes to make a quality product for this purpose. The pole is capable of breaking down into small sections, which makes storage rather convenient. However, it feels like the aluminum that these poles are made of will likely bend/break at some point, especially with how notoriously abusive I can be with tools. I guess I expect any tools that I have to last lifetime, which is unreasonable these days. When extending the pole to its full length, you can feel the vulnerability of this product. Considering the amount of pressure that will be exerted when cleaning windows, it feels like the poles will give at some point. If the metal was a little bit, thicker, it may be able to prevent this issue. The only problem with that is it would make it a lot heavier and possibly more difficult to control for longer periods of time. Aside from that, it is a fully comprehensive set and has everything you need to clean any window within reach. It works great for shorter windows that are within reach, but the more you have to extend the pole, the more difficult and less effective it becomes. For DIY use this could be convenient to use around the house. However, for professional use, you're definitely going to want to find a sturdier set than these.

Long enough to reach and wash my 18 foot tall window! The pole is sturdy enough for general home use and does breakdown into an easy to store size. The washing head, extra washing cover, and squeegee seem to stay in place well as they lock onto the handle and are very easy to change out. I have tried it on my interior window and it does work. I would recommend not having the washing head to wet for interior washing as to minimize dripping on your sills or walls. The squeegee did work well, but I did end up tying a microfiber cloth onto a dry washing head to get those little extra wet spots dry. I think this pole will work well on our exterior windows this summer, but I haven’t been able to try as we still have snow. Overall, for a reasonably priced home window washing set, I am very happy with it!
