These are awesome. I’ve used the main aftermarket brand several times on my 97 F250 and the bushings would always wear through. This kit appears much stronger, I also used grease - the 4 pack gave me some extras.

The product page says these will not work on the Ford ranger, but I installed them in the door hinges of my 1991 ranger and they were a decent fit. I did have to fight to get the hinge apart but these are a direct replacement/rebuild for the pre 1993 rangers and probably bronco II! Not sure about newer rangers but older ones most definitely!

Pretty much the same thing you get from Autozone/O'reillys but half the price. On my extended cab f150, these were much easier to do than I thought. You can absolutely do them one hinge at a time without disconnecting any wires/anything else. Just be sure to support the door when you pull the pins out, I used a jack with 2 2x4's wrapped in a old towel. The door wont move too much though if you do one pin at a time, unbolting the hinge from the door. Die grinder or Dremel works best for removing the heads of the OEM pins, they're just mild steel. Make sure you have the heads completely off before you start trying to punch them out, You'll see a distinct circle around the pin when you've gone far enough. I went from about 2 or 3 inches of door sag to about 1/2 of an inch. Well worth it for the price.

Nothing really hard about putting the pins in. Bushings are not a real tight fit and will fall out during reassembly. The worse part is pulling old pins and old bushings. I did mine one at a time. Top first then the bottom. Wasn't easy but do-able. I wouldn't attempt to take door off by pins. Because bushings staying in place would be a problem. My doors have wiring going into them. Didn't want to mess with all that. So done 1 at a time.
