I love this water bottle! It's exactly what I wanted, the color was a perfect match to the picture, it fits in my cupholder, and I love that it has a straw, but with a lid that can actually close. The customer service is also fantastic! After having the bottle for only a month, I accidentally broke the little plastic piece that allows the cap to close (this was not a reflection on the quality of the product. I just wasn't paying attention and tried to open the cap without pressing the release button well enough). I reached out to the seller about getting a new lid and they responded quickly and ended up sending me a whole new water bottle. I am very grateful and can't say enough good things about the product and the seller.

Bottle looks and sounds terrific.Unfortunately, it is borosilicate glass, and even when wrapped in its Silicone protective layer, it WILL break quite easily.Mine fell onto its side while standing straight up and shattered in half.The product was also 1 week old and had never been bumped or dropped.

I loved this water bottle but it breaks very easily. I bought another one and it broke as well. The glass is not strong at all. Too bad because it looks really nice.

The quality of the bottle and lid a fantastic. Diversity of the lid is great, can be used as a sipper with the straw, or you can remove the straw and tip the bottle. I would recommend this to anyone.
