Desgraciadamente no pude eliminar la fuga de agua.Posiblemente esta defectuosa la refacción.Tal vez me tocó mala suerte.Estoy esperando un plomero para ver si se puede solucionar algo o cambiar el wc.

The flapper on my toilet broke and when I looked in the tank I saw that the gasket was disintegrating so I ordered one of each. When I installed the flush valve with the new gasket the plastic clips on the flush valve cracked and this is when I realized that I can’t buy just the flush valve I have to buy the kit. So now I have a spare flapper and gasket.Just buy the kit and everything will be new and get peace of mind!

Before you put this assembly in your tank, make sure you remove the rubber seal and align the three prongs with the three points of the triangle inside the tank. If the assembly goes in and goes flush, you are ready to go. If not, you will have to trim the points of the tabs on the assembly by 1/8 of an inch, so this way once you put the seal and press down, they will not break. I found that adding a little bit of silicone grease on both sides of the seal before putting it on the assembly. Make the installation a lot easier. The silicone grease makes it easier to spin the assembly for the three tabs to engage under the tank.
