I ordered this to replace the battery in my flip 4. While the assembly was easy, there are 2 things of note:1. The original battery is thicker and has some foam added to it to make a tighter fit. This replacement is thinner and would be clacking around unless something is used to fill the free space.2. The wire assembly is about 2-3 times longer than the original. This creates an issue because the battery retainer needs to close and too much wire will prevent this. I forced the extra wire between the battery and the interior of the speaker. This allowed the battery retainer to close without issue and it filled the void so the thinner battery is not moving inside.The screwdriver and the pry tool included was a nice touch. The screwdriver was OK but I used a better one I had. The plastic pry tool was absolutely useless. Each side broke on first use; I used a small flathead screwdriver instead...worked fine.I will update review as far as the battery life and longevity after using it a few months. My original flip battery lasted I don't know how many years, but the life between changing was noticeably shorter.

I swapped the OEM battery with this replacement battery and it worked. The replacement battery came with just the blue shrink wrap, without any foam tape or exterior plastic covering on the ends like the OEM battery, so it is slightly smaller than the OEM battery. So I lined the replacement battery with some rubber lining and it fitted nicely. The screw driver that came with the battery does fit the screws, but it is on the shorter side and offers little leverage against the speaker, so a longer screw driver is recommended, and a magnetized one is even better. The plastic pry bar that came with the replacement battery didn't seem to work for me by itself, so I also recruited Harbor Freight plastic trim pry bars for more leverage and multiple prying points. I can't attest to the duration of music it can play but the replacement battery is supposedly to have about 25% more power.
