I hang all of my yard tools from these hooks (chainsaws, trimmers, blower, etc…) it allows me to keep my shelves available for other household/yard necessities.

These bike hooks are awesome. Super affordable! My husband put these up within minutes. Holds are bikes well on the garage ceiling. Super easy to use. Love how it cleared so much room in our garage.

I would install these on every foot of the garage if I could afford it. Sturdy and useful for not just hanging bikes. Carefully locate the joists in the ceiling and drill the proper size pilot hole before installing these and you will have a good, strong hanger

If mounted correctly and the item desired to hang is hung on it correctly and isn’t too heavy it’s perfect. Nice textured soft grips on the hook. If someone has a bad review they are doing it wrong. Mounting in a stud is optimal if you can. The plastic mounts for sheet rock will never hold like a stud, even if you have them in tight. I didn’t hang bikes, just things like a leaf blower and weed wacker or small electric chain saw. I’ve hung bikes with hooks comparable to this before and they work fine on the wall, better from the ceiling. If you hang bikes, try and hang it from the handle bars or seat or metal frame. Hanging from the tires over a long period of time can warp the bike tires quicker. Most newer bikes with two of these hooks in studs will hold perfect as the bikes are no where near 75-100lbs. Six hooks for under ten bucks and I didn’t have to go anywhere to get them. Free shipping with prime. If you don’t know or have a problem, network with friends or neighbors, consult and get some help. It’s not too hard or time consuming of time to find a stud (stud finder on Amazon for $20 that you will use again and again if a home owner) and drill a small hole into the stud then screw it in. Use some pliers to finish screwing it in if it becomes too difficult by hand at the end. If you don’t have a drill or bits to make a hole, get one, or ask your neighbor or friend. Would love to see people figure it out instead of leaving horrible reviews because they don’t want to think or try and just blame the product or something and leave a bad review. It’s a sturdy standard perfectly good hook for hanging items. Same quality you can get at a hardware store or Home Depot. Yeah you might find it a dollar cheaper for six, or a dollar more for 12 locally, but it is convenient to click and ship and just screw it in properly and be done. Gone are the days of running around town for little items like this that make our lives easier and more organized. Thanks for the product.
