Cómo configurar la contraseña
Paso 1: Abre la puerta y presiona el botón rojo en la parte trasera de la puerta. La luz amarilla parpadeará. Paso 2: Establece un código personal, ingresa un conjunto de números de 3 a 6 dígitos; Paso 3: Pulse "A" o "B" para confirmar. La luz amarilla se apagará, lo que indica que el código se ingresó correctamente. Utiliza el mismo procedimiento para cambiar el código. Paso 4: Prueba tu código antes de cerrar la puerta.

While the safe was the right size, great blind drop feature, etc, the locking mechanism started to fail on month 3. Now on month 4 the metal rods that lock the door in place do not align with the holes and are unable slide out to lock. I would have hoped to at least get a year or 2 out of a $250 safe. Looking for a new safe if anyone knows a good brand!

I have a business which is why I purchased this safe box. I've been using it for 5 months and today I went to turn the latch it just stopped working like something broke inside the component. I unscrewed the panel to see what was wrong and the first thing I notice is that it seemed like it was refurbished or tampered with. Since I'm the only one with access to the safe box I know it came like this from the manufacturer or was fixed by the reseller. I'm very disappointed because Amazon says the time frame for returns is only 1 month but it is very unfair how I noticed the damaged way after a month.

great little safe until it just froze up and stopped working. going to reach out to the manufacturer and see what they can do. not happy i paid so much for something I can’t use now!

I'll start by saying that I think this safe is a decent buy considering the price. I would say that it offers a good amount of protection however with the following caveats:1) The first time you open the safe you have to unbolt the keyhole cover. They are tightened down with too much force and are stripped or poorly machined. I returned the first one I got because of this, but managed to get one (and only one) of the hex bolts loose on the second safe. I was able to slide (pivot) the cover enough to use the key but will probably have to drill out the second bolt at some point2) The deposit doesn't have any sort of cantilever system to block access. you can easily reach into the safe (but only touch the top) If you don't secure this safe with bolts to the wall all you would need to do is turn it upside down to get everything out. -- Bottom line, you need to secure this for it to be effective.With that in mind, I think this is a fairly stout secure safe for the price.
