They look good, but I bought 6 altogether, and of the three that I opened and began to use...the two butane ones quit working. The flame will not stay lit but for maybe a second. The electric one is still working. I haven't tried the other box of three, but I suspect I will have the same issues. I was going give a couple away to friends, but not now. I certainly could not recommend them to anyone

This comes as a set of three lighters. Two butane and one electric rechargeable lighter. These lighters are actually inside of plastic cases. This makes them appear to be rather large. So there are a bit on the heavy side. They are very easy to use. Would be great if you were camping or survival training to throw in a backpack or something like that. but just to have for every day ,I think you would want something smaller. so my opinion is : depending on what you need to use them for as to whether I’d recommend them or not.

One out of three, now that ain't bad!... Wait, yes it is! And the one is a soft one. They say let it sit for 2 minutes after filling on the butane lighters and I learned to prime it and it would light 90% is the time, but the other one? No. It randomly lights and I can feel a pressure difference on the switch button between the one that lights regularly and the one that doesn't. The electric one has a very useless spark that isn't strong enough to light a cigarette.

The lighters are great I like them a lot one of them the spring broke so the flip doesn't work but other than I would have gave it five stars

Throwaway the wooden sticks and be able to light anything anytime. If you put a portable solar panel on your pack you can ditch the lighter gas by charging the lighter while you are walking, climbing, sailing or driving. If you are exploring where there is no sun for any length of time then use the gas version. Both lighters are fantastic!
