I now own 3 Lamy fountain pens. I use them daily at work and properly clean them with distilled water after the ink runs out. I’ve not use the included ink cartridges because I have a bottle of ink that I prefer, so I can’t comment on those. These pens write so well and have very good ink control.

Wonderful fountain pen! I have 5 different fountain pens in all, and this little gem is my favorite. The fine nib is just what I like for my sketching and for general writing. It's my go-to pen! I enjoy having the ink converter to use with my waterproof ink, but it's nice that my set also includes the ink cartridges for future use.

This pen looks beautiful, writes smoothly, and it is a joy to use. The nip I am using if "Fine" (F-size) and I found it to be ideal. I also have the Medium size and there is not much difference between them. Your preference may vary, but I believe F and M sizes to be the best.

I got this pen with the acknowledgement that it probably wouldn't be compatible with me since I am left-handed, however; I found that it is incredibly comfortable to hold, 'correctly' or not.One of the first things that caught my attention was that the ink flow was not readily consistent unless you warmed up the nib - regardless of how you kept it stored. Sometimes the ink would stop mid writing, I'm an artist so this is something that would make me apprehensive in using it for art-related purposes.The included re-fillable ink cartridge is a very appreciated benefit to this pen. It makes the experience more enjoyable, especially if you plan on using this pen very often. Right off the bat it came with a blue ink cartridge readily inside the pen though I took it out. The ink is somewhat opaque though not waterproof. Again, a downside to artists looking for a pen - but that's what the refillable cartridge is for.The feeling of the pen overall is incredibly nice to write with and well-made. Although made of plastic, it feels durable and it feels comfortable regardless of the way it's held. I love the shade of yellow they chose as well as the clip on the cap to let you put it on a board or notebook, sketchbook, etc.Tldr pros / consPros:- Well-made and comfortable- Convenient clip on cap- Refillable ink cartridge and extra 5 (+ 1 blue cartridge) makes the price of the pen more reasonable.- Comes with Cleansing wipe to clean up ink spills- Very pretty!- No visible leakage so far after leaving pen nip-side down for a few hours- Doesn't drip if you shake the penCons:- Possible Inconsistent ink flow, needs to be 'warmed up' after each stall in usage. This is most likely a disadvantage to the refillable cartridge specifically.- Cap comes off a little too easy for my comfort, keep an eye on it if you choose to clip it on your belongings- This nib does not bend to pressure, if you are looking for a more calligraphy-based pen this is not appropriate for your needs unless you get a different nib-

I love the fine tip. Writes so smoothly. I like that it came with several refills.
