Grace for the price, use this for an outdoor electric box for my hot tub. Someone had installed inside electrical outlets. These look to be very well constructed they are easy to put together allowing you to either wrap around the screw or the better connection of stripping a wire and sticking it in The receptacle on the back which helps prevent it from corroding. The plugs self seal when not in use all over and outstanding product

Construction and lugs are outstanding, while the ease of access tamper resistance came as a pleasant surprise, meaning I didn't have to struggle to push the plug into the receptacle.One thing to ensure is that your plug is fully seated into the outlet. For 6 dollars these are well worth it as they 1) pass code 2) keep out contaminants and 3) maintain the outlets color through repeated exposure to sun and its UV rays.I will buy more when ready but the last batch of 8 met my immediate needs

From what I can tell as an amateur DIYer, this will meet the national electric code for an outdoor receptacle (if it's down line from a GCFI?). Not sure if the GCFI is required in all local (or the national code), but we're near an ocean and the air gets plenty of moisture. You only need one GCFI unit as long as the rest of the outlets are further down the line after it, so this ended up being a cheaper solution that still had the Weather Resistant rating as well as being tamper proof.
