I love to color adult coloring books as it is an amazing stress relieving experience. Having severe arthritis in hands have caused me to color less,however there are many different types of adult coloring books and I'm a fan of the ones with extremely small detailed coloring.it makes it easier to color smaller spaces rather than larger ones like this one.i liked the hard covers on both front and back of this .that keeps the book safe and in tact over time when constantly moving it around.the pages are a nice material.not cheap ones. That being said I wasnt a fan of the very large coloring designs. In my opinion more of a coloring book for a little kid. I say that because when you see a kids book versus an adult one.the kids color books have extremely large pictures to color and that's because it gives the child room to color and to learn to stay within the drawings lines. A larger area makes way for a forgiving picture. Also a child's coloring book doesnt have alot of detailed drawings. This is because children prefer larger print and less items to color. Attention to detail isnt something a toddler understands. However an adult coloring book usually has small print,alot of details and so much that requires coloring because it is about attention to smaller details and creating this very colorful very detailed design. So alot of these books are created as a hobby,or a way of relieving lots of stress and tension.therefor designing these pages with so many smaller creations.paying that much more attention keeps you focused ,which in turn takes your mind off of that which has caused stress and tension. Although this is a nice book with hard covers back to back,I feel its design is for that more of a child or preteen rather an adult looking to create a detailed design. Not many detailes in the pictures and the prints are so large that coloring 1 area is so time consuming and more frustrating than those of what I normally order. Still a good gifteable item for younger generations.

My 6 year old loves to paint but I was trying to find something with good thickness of paper like a coloring book but also not. This is perfect and my child absolutely loves the fact it's like a coloring book but for painting. I'd 💯 would recommend for anyone who enjoys painting as it doesn't bleed through at all

I got this coloring book to use on a long bus trip to Canada. It's space themed and the spaces to color are decent size, not too many tiny spots to color, so an older elementary school child up to an adult can use this. It has a color chart in the back as well. It does not come with colored pencils so you'll need to provide your own. I like the spiral binding since it makes it easy to flip between the pages or to tear them out if you want. The paper thickness was good quality, it doesn't tear as you are coloring it. My 11 year old and I both colored together in this and have enjoyed using it. There are lots of images to color so it will last a while.
