Dead on arrival. Motor doesn't work. Spending the dough and buying a Ninja, my daughter & husband use their Ninja near daily for several years.

Just rec’d this and tried it out. I handled frozen bananas and ice very well, just as good as my Ninja (that now leaks).

It is quite powerful and chews through ice very well. The large opening in the included cups makes it real easy to add ingredients without making a mess. The shape of the blender head makes cleanup easier. There is no buttons on the power unit so you push the cup down on the base to make it run. As a result the cup remains seated well as the unit is running which ensures that the two drive pieces cannot slip. Very powerfull. I own or have owned several other smoothie blenders from other manufacturers and this is far and away the best

I've had several items from other manufacturers come damaged because of poor packaging. These ZIF sockets are in a VERY nice hard plastic container. But unfortunately mine came with all the pins on one side bent slightly - it really looked like the person that packed them in the plastic was rushed when they inserted them into the case. Again - VERY nice purpose built packaging, but rushed in the packing . . . otherwise 5 stars.

Arrived in good packaging, all pins had continuity on them, with near 0 ohm resistance. It's a good Ziff socket, and shipped in packaging that protects the legs properly. Not much else to say but exactly what I ordered in proper condition.

I upgraded from a 330 watt to this bad boy and so far, it's doing a great job. I drink about 3 blended shakes a day (protein powder, almond milk, frozen bananas and the occasional yogurt, oats and seeds) and it so far, the blending power and consistency of the shakes are to my liking. I also like the suction cups on the bottom because I tend to be a clumsy/messy person lol The cup sizes are perfect for me, the attachments are secure and sturdy. My only complaint at the moment is the sound. It's much louder than my last one but I guess that's what comes with a higher wattage? I'd trade the nose for a quickly blended shake.
