I’m a sucker for lasers, so I had to have this one. It’s very light, which isn’t always encouraging when it comes to these products, but it did work straight out of the box. It has a decent range, showing up a good distance away in the trees. The charging is pretty nice with the built in jack, and the battery life isn’t bad either. The kaleidoscope cap feels pretty gimmicky, I don’t ever really see myself using it for anything. It’s not the most powerful but it’s good for putting a red dot out there at night. So far it’s held up well and I think it’s a decent product. A little pricey for what it is, but nothing crazy out of line.

Super bright. Can see the lazer clear at night. Even visible during the day to an extent. Don't really care about the cap that let's you split the lazer to make designs like a bad kaleidoscope. I love the plain lazer. It's so good. Can be used to point out stars, use as an SOS if lost, point out far locations, etc. It's a great addition to my camping tools. Good value for the cost. This lazer is strong. The type you don't reay want to use near military bases and flight zones. Unless you want a call... don't use to play with pets... its to bright. You'll blind your dog/cat.

This is a compact and powerful little laser pointer. I will say that I am not sure what the purpose of the pattern attachment is. It’s like those star showers that people use to light their house at Christmas except that you have to manually rotate the prism to change the pattern. I can’t think of one instance where I would practically use that but if anything I can entertain my 1 year old niece and call it fireworks. Removing the attachment is a standard, but very powerful/bright laser pointer. This is great to use in the daylight and/or against a bright projection screen as it is powerful enough to not be washed out. The is a decent value at its price too. I also love that it is rechargeable and that it has a USB A (I wish it was USB C) dongle built-in so no cords to lose. Great product. Would recommend.
