This is a review for the Offset Extension Wrench - Tight Reach Extension Wrench Set with Universal Square Drive Adapters and 1/4", 3/8", 1/2" - Ideal for Tight Spaces and Hard-to-Reach Areas (Blue)This is a great tool for modern cramped engine bays and other tight mechanical locations. This wrench arrived in a nice sponge lined cardboard storage box. This tool works on a chain drive principle so it's strength depends on the integrity of the chain and drive sprockets.So far this wrench has performed well on some tight engine nuts. I will report back in the future if I have issues but so far I am very pleased with this tool

Only disadvantage I can come up with on this is that it's not a super strong tool so don't use any kind of crazy leverage on it. Other than that, it's the perfect tool to reach areas that you can't normally get to. I ordered this to reach a pulley down in my serpentine belt area that takes the half inch drive socket. This tool works amazingly better than trying to get my ratchet down in there. Seems like a good value at around 20 bucks. It has all the sizes in the kit that you may need and they fit into the ratchet at a fairly low profile. Simple easy to use design.

I smart invention to get to hard to get bolts. The tool seems to be made well and is a sturdy beast. I would say this is a very situational type tool mainly due to its size. It is larger than I was picturing it to be and wont fit in every situation. As long as you have the room to use this it can save you a lot of time and allow you to get bolts out of tight spots. It comes with all the adapters to use with whatever size sockets your needing.

Sometimes you want invent a tool on the fly - this is one of those tools. It is a simple concept - enclose a chain drive to transfer the power of a wrench into a tight spot. It is not a tool I will use very much but am ever so glad to have ready in my tool box. Very useful.
