These keys are just like the original from the manufacturer. Good quality build with nice buttons. Programming is easy but isn't explained anywhere when you get them. There are videos out there publicly for you to watch depending on your vehicle make/model. I have a 2012 ford escape and that required seven, quick, consecutive key turns on and off to get it into programming mode. From there it was east to match up and it works fine.

I was able to easily reprogram the two key fobs for my 2009 Ford Escape Hybrid. The 315MHz frequency is correct. It appears that I can only have 4 key fobs maximum programmed. Also, one of the fobs might have come low battery, as initially I had trouble programming these. Once I replaced the CR2032 battery in one, I was able to program the key remote (i.e. lock/unlock doors remotely). I was able to cut the keys for cheap at a local hardware store. Transponder programming worked as well. If you have two original keys, you can add a third without needing a programmer so I did the "third" programming twice and was able to program these two new key fobs so they also start the car. The key fob and integrated key look just like OEM, minus the ford logo.

The keys are very steady, but must be programmed.

This key will not program to my 2009 Flex. I've done this before so I know how to do it.

I had both keys cut and programmed and they will unlock the car and start the car without triggering the alarm but none of the buttons work.
