Nice and thin. Very sticky. Easy to tear.

For the amount of money that you spend you get more than enough to use. It’s easy to work with.

I've been using this for woodworking, predominantly attaching router templates to pieces. It's significantly easier to use than the 3M product available from Bunnings. It sticks well to most surfaces, doesn't leave a sticky residue when removed, and the backing paper is thick enough to peel off without effort.

I first purchased this with reserved expectations due to the very reasonable price. Usually when something is well priced, the product is lacking quality, but not in this case at all. I am thoroughly impressed at the adhesion strength it is capable of, yet it is removable from wood stock with ease and with little to no residue after removal. I have since purchased these (and the larger width rolls) in bulk. Clamping time is reduced to nothing, and saving mill bits from hitting and breaking on a poorly placed clamp is well worth the price. To make sure you have the same expected results, please know I am using this product on an MDF waste-board that came with my CNC machine, it is flat and level, and I only use wood products to adhere to. I would like to say that this would work for plastics, acrylics and metals based on its current performance, but I do not have any experience with other materials.Happy Carving.

I have tried a few different methods of workholding, as I work with a very tricky material, aluminum. Simple double sided tape did not work, so before this tape I used two sides of tape and super glued them together. With this tape, it's hold is on par with the previous method, but I spend half the time and don't have to mess about with glue. The one down side is, with Aluminum anyways, there was a TON of residue left over which was very difficult to get off. I'm not sure if that's because of the heat generated, or the pressure, or what. I used Goof Off, which normally works great for removing adhesive and found I had to use much more than normal to remove the glue. I will continue using this product anyways, despite the residue issue.
