Llego en caja genérica, pero la cámara esta nueva, traía los plásticos de empaque y las cintillos de amarre. En cuanto la conecte la detecto automáticamente, sin ajustes ni nada. Muy bien por el precio, no esperaba tanto

It took 2 minutes to plug in and run a test website that tests the camera, it worked right away. It installed with no fuss, no driver downloads required.However in Windows 10 Camera App was having troubles... That took me about an hour to figure out.I was getting an orange screen, then I realized my system had another (virtual) camera installed. I used the device manager to set this new device as defaultAlso had to go in settings/Camera to make sure the app were allowed to use the CameraIn Windows 10's Camera App I had to hit the Change Camera Button, upper right.

This is the third one I've bought, one to go with each computer. Easy to use and at $10-13 the price is right

The Logitech C505 web cam I received works perfectly. It is a cheap camera. It is cheap because it has a fixed focus lens and 720p HD resolution rather than 1080p FHD. The camera focuses from about 2 ft to infinity. I have cameras that can be focused to an inch or two or less.This web cam has 1.2 Megapixels (1280 X 960 pixels) in 4:3 aspect ratio. It achieves wide screen format (1280 X 720 pixels) by cutting off 240 rows of pixels leaving 0.9 Megapixels.This is a standard USB camera which means that it works with about a hundred apps in Windows, Linux, Raspberry Pi or whatever. I bought this for my Windows 10 Computer. (I don’t have my Mac set up.)I like Logitech equipment because they produce quality equipment at a reasonable price. I prefer Logitech keyboards, mice and cameras. I can see that this renewed camera is not brand new but it is fully functional at an excellent price. I recommend this camera.

Needed something quick to replace a failed laptop camera, easy setup, Webex and Teams work fine with it.
