This is a really cool item. It was super simple to install in my Tesla Y…it just clipped on the back of the screen. I had no difficulty putting it on my 2024. It fit snuggly up against the bottom of the screen and pulls down with a little tug to open.Inside there’s a silicone mat that softens and keeps items inside with a little rim at the front. I will be able to put simple things in there…chap-stick, an emery board…or other tiny items I like to keep handy.I am very happy at how clean and “invisible” it is. It absolutely blends in like it’s meant to be there. The materials it’s made from feel sturdy and looks well finished. It comes with a couple rubbery bumpers and metal discs that I assume are for a Model 3. The instructions are a little vague on this.I’m super happy with this little storage tray and so happy I got it.

Pros: easy to install, fit nicely under the screen, can store a good volume of thingsCons: for my model y (2020) I cannot open the storage if I have my wireless charging lid opened

This storage works pretty well and doesn't rattle or make noise. The quality feels nice and is very secure. The only downside is that it has popped open when going over a bigger bump, so i think the magnet could be a little stronger. Overall, it works really well though and tucks away nicely.

Did not fit my Model Y. Clamp was unable to close despite shimmying, pressing down, etc. will likely need to return this to find a better model.

I’ve tried a few of these and yes, this is the best. Hands down. The construction is solid and doesn’t wobble or rattle, the rubber interior mat combats slippage of items and also deadens sound, it opens and closes with a satisfying “click” that lets you know it’s not flimsy, and best of all, the appearance is completely unobtrusive. I got this one for free for my wife to test in her Model Y but am buying a second for my personal Model 3. Cannot recommend this highly enough.
