This thing is super fun to use. The pads feel super strong and durable. They are squishy and with the included gloves, I don't think I will injure my hands no matter how hard I hit it.The kit includes some really long Velcro strips so it allows me to move it up and down so I can use it and so can the kids.The speaker is decently loud and the punching disk feels very accurate. There is only one sound track that runs during the time but you can sync your phone to it and use whatever audio you want.feels like a good cable for the money

This music boxing machine is a blast! Easy to set up, connects fast with Bluetooth, and gets you moving with lights and beats. Great for cardio, stress relief. Love it. Makes workouts way more fun—highly recommend!

I absolutely love it. It comes with extra strong velcro strips, so you can take it off the wall and charge it. The Velcro strips that you physically put on the wall are longer than the ones that you put on the back so if different people use it, you can move it up or down consistent with their height. It’s easy to use. It’s easy to install. It’s a decent size and it’s so much fun awesome value for the money you paid. The only problem is there’s different modes and the instructions do not provide, What mode does what.
