It arrived with the battery compartment broken. I had to tape it with painters tape (blue tape)

1. Difficult to thread the needle2. It won't sew thick material

I really like the dual power feature of this. This is easy to hold in my hand too--good size. The stitch is a simple chain stitch, nothing fancy. It does a really good job for what it is. It's not a full-size machine with all the bells and whistles--keep that in mind when purchasing Using a threader really helps when using this, as with any small-hole needle. I picked it up for travel purposes--sometimes losing a hem on pants or when you're picking up a new item in that lovely boutique shop and it needs a tuck or shortened. I've been practicing using it so I can easily mend in a hurry, and no problems so far.

This was a bit interesting. You can travel quite well with this. The way it does stitches is kinda interesting. A chain stitch it seems. You get quite a bit to help with learning to sew. It’s lightweight and can be put in a suitcase easily. It can go quickly or it can go slowly. You have to be aware of the power switch as it changes speeds. The bobbin part comes off rather easily so beware of that. It’s a bit cheaply made but still decent. I’m not aware of any needle replacements for this. It would be worth it more if you could get replacements.

I just love the details like adjustable tension, fast or slow sewing, and the DUAL POWER!!!! I knew you can't get away from the dreaded chain stitch due to being small, but this is awesome for what it does. I immediately know the thread needs to be my stronger ones, easy using my big machine to respool some bobbins and such. Just as easy to stitch a bit forward and back to begin and end a repair so thread doesn't unravel. Did not get a threader and sorely needed, but have another somewhere anyway. I plan to sit on sofa sewing anything and everything with this! Thoughtful company, thank you.
