This rooster mask is more or less what I was expecting. It fits quite loosely and my hubby has a fairly normal sized head, so it should be fine for people with very large heads and probably a bit loose for people with smaller heads.I was concerned with visibility, but the eye holes lined up perfectly with my eyes so I could see with minimal obstruction.The mask doesn't have much of a scent and was ready to wear right out of the packaging.Overall, it is a solid mask. No one will mistake you for a real rooster, but it's very clear what animal you are pretending to be. Children might be frightened due to the large and unexpected size of the rooster. Highly recommended.

Amazing. Hysterical. Comfortable but gross to wear for a long time (like most latex masks) but the payoff is worth it. Eye holes are in the mouth/beak. The feathers are actually fur but it looks fairly authentic so whatever. The comb stands up on it's own and doesn't flop around but it's easy to move manually for storage etc. If you're dying to be a cock, or know someone who already is, this is a great purchase.

Realistic Rooster Head Mask - $23.99We got this just to be funny. The kids like to wear it out to the mailbox just to make people wonder. We're hilarious.It's a heavy mask, nice and thick. You look out the beak. It looks pretty realistic and if we get a rooster who is attacking the kids, we may try wearing it out and scaring the thing into submission. Don't know if it'll work.Up close you can tell its rubber, but then, who would believe in a 6 foot chicken walking around anyway? I love this mask!

I don't know how the tradition started, but my husband and his older brother used to pass chicken and rooster things back and forth much to his wife's chagrin... and absolute annoyance. At some point we were fortunate enough to stop receiving and we've since gone out of our way to find the most unique, obnoxious, non repeated gifts. Rooster mask is unique, not a repeat, and elicited a laugh from brother in law and my husband which was much needed since their dad passed recently. And the text from sister in law with a few expletives was truly the icing on the cake. Mask is comfortable and breathable and a good idea for white elephant gifts or joke gifts. I hope it brings some happiness to you, too.

The eye holes are in the mouth. Its a funny mask, and made quite the statement at our morning meeting the other day. I have a large head and the mask actually fit me which was a nice surprise. The top part is tricky to keep up in the air, and it tends to sag- but Im sure I can come up with something to stop that from happening.
