Upon first appearance the pan looks great. However, on induction on the first use I noticed that all the oil goes to the edges. So the pan is not flat. Then when fluids started to cook, you could see it is only boiling in the middle. The edges remained uncooked. After the regular cooking period I have moved the pan so that the induction pit was now directly under the edge of the pan. Had to do that for all edges so that it was cooked there as wel.I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong or the pan simply doesn’t fit for my induction unit.I have asked product support what the minimum diameter of the induction hob must be for proper use. Maybe an answer might change my overall score.If someone has experience using some kind of heat distributor to cater for these large pan, please let me know.

Does the job just like you'd expect it. Even cooking. Does make sokarat too of you give it time

Article trés bien , acheté pour une personne grande famille , elle en est contente , elle peut même faire griller des sardines , tranches de lards , convient également pour de nombreuses cotelettes ou poissons panés , galettes des légumes etc . Ne colle pas , se nettoie très bien, alors parfait pour moi car tout le monde n a pas Amazon et c est délicat de faire l’intermédiaire des achats
