Tarde en recibir este producto una semana, me imagino que venía defectuoso, el botón venía al raz, al tratar de subir la silla el botón quedó abajo y ya no regreso. Lamentablemente no lo recomiendo

Bought it November last year. We're at the start of June, and when I sit in my chair, it's at best a 50/50 shot on it just slowly compressing, immediately or whenever I shift in the chair. The original cylinder lasted way longer, while supposedly supporting less weight. The last replacement lasted more than twice as long, despite also supposedly being rated for less weight. Don't buy.

Had a trouble getting old shock out of the chair but other that I have been using it for a month with no pressure release.

Installation went well after watching a YouTube video as no instructions were enclosed. It raises the chair very high, higher than the original one. It works great. Packaging was awful. It wasn’t in a separate box but wrapped in a clear plastic wrapper and sent in a paper envelope that was torn from the weight but that’s an Amazon things not to do with the seller.

Perfect fit. Was able to replace piston on my dads chair. Works great. So easy to install. So much cheaper then replacing whole chair.
