Worked for a grand total of 2 hours. Will not power on whatsoever and now I have a paperweight to use instead of an inline fan as I purchased. I hope this seller will make it right and send a replacement however I can find nowhere to contact them. I would AVOID this fan as it stands right now. Cheap, and unreliable

This little fan mounts easily and seems to work fine. The one sheet manual is a joke but it’s not hard to figure out how to remove and replace the central motor and fan unit once you look closely at the locking clamps. The plastic clamping mechanism seems rather flimsy and might not survive multiple disconnections, but once it is installed there should be no need to disassemble it other than for occasional cleaning. After attaching the base to the wall, the fan and motor can be replaced and the 3” hose connected using the included hose clamps. It’s very quiet during operation with no vibration. The power cord is 5 feet long with a polarized plug and there is an inline switch on the cord which is useful.Overall this seems like a good product but I do have some concerns. First, it is not UL listed which I believe is an important limitation. The wiring looks okay (see photo) but there was no retention clip on the cord so there is nothing to stop it from being pulled freely through the port all the way to the wire connectors. I added a retention clip before reassembly which helped since the weight of the cord ( and extension) can pull on that connection . It does not include any speed regulator although I might add one later. It also includes only about 5’ of hose which might not be enough. I needed a much longer hose for my installation. I deducted one star because of these issues, primarily the lack of reliable certification.Fortunately I had an unused 6” duct that ran from a location near the printer to an external vent, so it was simple to connect that to a length of dryer hose running to a magnetic outlet vent on the printer. The vent was printed from a very nice STL file that I downloaded from Printables (search for “Bambu Lab X1 Rear Vent Adaptor” if you’re interested) using PETG to accommodate the potentially higher temperatures. The remaining connections including a 3” to 6” adapter were trivial, and the final installation is much better for printing ABS.
