Originally I baulked at the price and it sat in my shopping cart for quite some time before I finally invested money into this blanket. I say investment because this blanket has proven it's value to our family. So far 2 kids across 4 years have enjoyed this blanket year round. It's super soft and silky.At first it was only washed with Woolite, and always hang/air dried. Then Daddy forgot and washed it without Woolite! He did remember to air dry it but there was no shrinkage or pilling of the fabric. Phew! We stopped buying Woolite then on and my husband got an apology from me for blowing up on the faux pas. Recently Daddy said F*** it for the air dry too and threw it in the dryer with the same devil may care attitude and it's no worse for wear! Still silky soft, no shrinkage or pilling, not even a stray thread! My kids aren't gentle on anything but this blanket still looks almost new even after 4 years of love.I'm now back to buy the next size up as my 2 year old refuses to retire this blanket regardless of how many tempting replacement blankets I offer. At $99 I'm over budget for what I would spend on a typical blanket purchase, but it will be money well spent if the quality equals the $69 size.

amazing quality product. washes great, is neither too warm nor too heavy and it's generously sized. i use it every day and we haven't even started using a stroller yet1

This is a really soft and comfy blanket. We use it for toddler in daycare, where they have to bring a blanket for napping. We chose this blanket because it is made of wool on one side and is therefore suitable for both indoor/outdoor use as well as both warm and cold temperatures. And we really love that it is organic. We will not let our child sleep with anything that is synthetic such as e.g. fleece, nylon/rayon or polyester, which is absolutely cheaper, but also not very breathable for the skin. I only wish it also came in a bigger size so our toddler can use it for longer. This will make a great baby shower gift
