I purchased MaonoCaster Podcast Equipment Bundle, and I "thought" one of the pieces was missing the tread to screw into the base. I reached out to the support team, and they readily responded with a solution that I did NOT expect.Their response is below."For your current problem, please try unscrewing the screws at the locations indicated in the picture below. It is possible that the section of the rod with the threads is hidden inside the larger rod.Once again, we would like to extend our sincerest apologies and thank you for your understanding and support!Looking forward to your reply."I followed the written instructions, and "Viola!"Problem solved!My students and I have not had an opportunity to use the equipment yet, but I'm confident it's going to work just fine since quality individuals are selling and supporting the use of the product!

Why is it recording both my mics always together? I have assigned mic 1 on a single track and mic 2 on another track but on every software I use it records it as if I'm using a single mic and not picking up the mics are separated mics/inputs. It is driving me crazyyyyyyyyy

I started a podcast a few months ago, and bought this kit as a startup kit. The kit itself is easy to set up. And it has quite a few functions built in. For a one on one episode, it is all I need. Great little kit for the price.

Amazon annoyingly keeps refusing my review without telling me why but if you're a Mac user, it's important you know this, so I'm trying again: this unit won't work with a Macbook unless you go into system settings (via the apple icon) and go to Sound and select this device as your input device. Just selecting the unit as your input via your recording program (e.g, QuickTime) WILL NOT WORK. You'll see it listed as an available input in your recording programs, but selecting it does nothing.Very easy to set up. Annoying that both mics being XLR but one has to convert to a mini audio jack. Why not two inputs with 48v phantom power? Sound quality from the two mics seems affected by this.Also, sound still has a bit of reverb to it even if you try to go totally dry.Finally, as other users have mentioned, there's an annoying delay between when you speak and when you hear the output in your headphones. I don't use headphones except to check audio levels before recording but this would be a game changer if you were trying to do a live podcast, for example.

Ya inicié proceso de devolución, el aparato que yo pedí tenía 2 micrófonos y me llegó solo uno.
