We purchased 4” legs which was perfect height for our needs. Frame is sturdy, but light and easily assembled. Good design. Step one was the hardest-make sure the orientation of legs is correct. We also put plywood on top of the rails for extra stiffness.

The mattress slides around in this entirely too much. I’m constantly having to adjust it and then the slats fall out of place. I feel like the spaces in between slats is too big and I can feel the space through the mattress

Excellent for me! My mattress is thick so I needed a low frame. I had a regular frame and I could feel the bar in the middle plus needed a stool to get in bed! - it was bad!! But I have slept on this low frame for 4 nights now and it is great!! Easy to get in and out of bed and my mattress feels very comfortable . I’m very happy with this product.

I got this so my old dog could get up on bed. My mattress is older and needs replacing too but this was all I could afford at the time. It is super low to ground and easy to set up. No noise or movement on carpet or when getting comfy in bed. Only thing is that I think in my case(perhaps from older mattress) that I need something under the mattress on top of frame for comfort. I can feel where my mattress sags in certain places between the metal slats of the frame. Going to get something to support mattress better on this frame (small box spring maybe) and hopefully will be more comfortable.
