Works well as expected, It was great to be able to buy just the piece I needed without buying a whole new filter.

The first time I purchased this motor, it was to replace one that had been running 24/7 for about 3 years now. The replacement motor didn't even last a full day. After getting in contact with Amazon, I was sent a replacement, free of cost, that currently runs very well! Little noise, and very little vibration.

I bought this in prevention that my motor will die eventually, i have been using my aquarium for 4 years, if you maintain it clean you should not have any problem for many years.

this looks and works the same as the original. I'm happy I was able to find a replacement motor. it was cheaper than buying a whole new filter.
