I like that it is colorful easy to read, and laminated so I can keep it on my desk top, and take it with me. It is a constant reminder to recognize what feelings I am having. Just NOTICING and recognizing what I am feeling is a big help every day!

Got it for the kids, ended up using it during challenging grown up conversations for "I feel" statements. Sounds corny, but super effective for positive conflict resolution.

This has great I for , the condition of it the laminate is all lifting and bubbled and a sticker is stuck on it covering the writing and won’t come off.. Such a waste of money very poor value actually a total rip off to be honest

As another reviewer mentioned, there are stickers obscuring some of the content of the card, on both sides. I soaked it in warm soapy water and scraped the stickers off with a plastic scraper, but the sticky residue remains on both sides and is annoying. I don't want to risk using anything that might melt the plastic, so I'm left with that for the time being til I think of something else.Actual content of the card back and front is awesome and I've used it to help calm myself down a few times already, including when getting the stickers off
