Great little mixer if you have a tabletop setup of synths or something and just need a little box instead of a line mixer. As basic as you can get, volume control and nothing more. The Only complaint I have is that it has a noise floor. There's a low volume fuzz when it's on, even with no instruments plugged into it. Kind of like when you have audio cables on power cables and get the electrical bleed through. It's easy to gate out, but just be aware it'll be there. 4 stars for that reason alone. Very sturdy build all metal and surface mounted potentiometers.

Price can’t be beat.This is basically 2 4-channel mono mixers. Each bank of 4 can be set to Mic or Line and each has an output.In stereo mode, each bank goes to one output.But in mono, all 8 outputs go to output A.This is very useful if you havesome low level inputs like mics (plug into A inputs and set A to Mic),And some line level inputs (plug into B inputs and set B to Line)Build quality is good, in a metal case.Not enough gain for my taste but a line level preamp after this unit was what I needed.

There is no gain or volume control other then atenuation. Functions more like a passive mixer.
