When I received these and looked at them, I wasn't sure how good they'd be, because they are not serrated for the entire length of the blade like my old ones were. I needn't have worried - the first use proved how good they are. We have been very pleased with them. They cut through meat very easily.

Cut well. Looks sleek. Will go with any style of cutlery that is stainless Matt or shiny.To take out of package slide the knives down, then pull out easy once I discovered to do this.

This is absolutely well worth the money. It’s much better made than the price would suggest. It doesn’t look out of place even when used with a fine china place setting. It looks so much better when used for formal dining than those wood handled cheap steak knives. I wouldn’t necessarily bring these to an outdoor barbecue, but if you are going to have a formal or semi-formal dinner for guests, these are the knives to use.
